Rouhana to jazz up city show

The Skywards Dubai International Jazz Festival, which will be held at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre on February 17, will feature Charbel Rouhana, a renowned Lebanese Oud player.

Rouhana is credited with establishing a new methodology for playing the Oud, which was published and adopted by the National Conservatory of Music and the Faculty of Music in the Holy Spirit University, where he has been teaching since 1986.

Tickets will be available online through boxofficeme.com, ticketingboxoffice.com and timeouttickets.com, and all Virgin Megastores outlets in the UAE starting January 13.
