Stars and colours come out to play at the Baftas

It looked like it was freezing in London on Sunday night. But at the red carpet of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (Bafta) Awards, the stars seemed determined to showcase their best fashion.

From British starlets to A-list Hollywood-ers, the night seemed to feature a lot of blacks. But it was those brave enough to play with colours that grabbed our attention the most.

A few stars – some unsuccessfully – chose to pay tribute to the late designer Alexander McQueen.
