Adele is set to sue a French magazine after they published fake sex tape pictures of her.
The singer dismissed reports that it was her in the 'sex' images, which were taken on smartphone and printed on the frontpage of 'Public' magazine.
A statement sent to MailOnline said: 'We are informed that the French magazine Public has today published images which it claims show our client in a sex tape.
Our client has not appeared in a sex tape as claimed in the article. Our client does not appear in the photographs.
'Such claims are untrue and grossly defamatory. Our client is taking legal action in relation to this matter.'
Meanwhile, Adele has vowed to spit in her dad's face if she ever comes in contact with him again.
In an interview Vogue US, the London singer said that she no longer wants a relationship with her father, Mark Evans after he sold a story to The Sun last year.
"I was actually ready to start trying to have a relationship with him. He's ****ing blown it. He will never hear from me again," she said.
"Because there is nothing that would upset me more than my dad being bribed by the press. It's like, 'Just let them run it, then. Don't you give them ammunition'.
She added: "It makes me angry! To come back after ten years and be like, 'Maybe her problem with men comes down to me'. It's like, '**** off! How dare you comment on my life?' It makes my blood boil.
"There's consequences other than just getting a bit of ****ing money that lasts you half a year. It blows my mind. 'I love her so much.' Really? Why are you telling me that through a newspaper? If I ever see him I will spit in his face."
The 23-year-old, whose full name is Adele Atkins, scooped six Grammy Awards last week, including the 'Album Of The Year' award for 21.
Taking to her blog earlier this week, Adele dismissed suggestions that she was planning a five-year-break, telling fans that she intended to head "straight into the studio".
