Arjun Rampal has done it again. While, producer Mandar Dalvi is attempting to clear the actor from the mess he has gotten himself into, the only worry is this time around the issue is legal.

Rampal had a tryst with law last year when his club LAP launge at Chanakyapuri in Delhi functioned loud late into night, well beyond permissible hours, and was raided by cops.

Then came his alleged relationship with Suzanne Roshan and him being responsible for their divorce. Also there were rumoured reports of how he picked up trouble with Salman Khan at the latter’s place.

Well, this time the actor has been served a notice by the cops for having met a prisoner at hospital – gangster Arjun Gawli on whose life a film is being made and Arjun is essaying the role of a gangster.

Dalvi, the producer of the film ‘Daddy’ - directed by Ashim Ahluwalia -  who is close to Gawli and Arjun met the gangster without taking appropriate permission.

Dalvi tries to steer clear of a controversy. “Since the film will be based on Arun Gawli, it is imperative for the actor and director to interact with him. We will be abiding with all rules and regulations of the law in order to meet with him. Arjun and I met Arun Gawli in JJ hospital… It was a sheer coincidence as we literary bumped into each other in the lobby. There is no offence we have done and the police are very well aware of that,” claims Dalvi.

Arjun Rampal has had no release for the past 18 months, but has stayed in the news. Interestingly all these controversies are coming up before the release of his latest release called ‘Roy’ opposite Jacqueline Fernandez and co-starring Ranbir Kapoor.
