Shock was the apt word to describe the sentiment that streaked through Twitter world, when social media junkies woke up to a tweet by Indian film director Mahesh Bhatt, catching him on an abusive rant of C-list celebrities such as Poonam Panday, Kamaal R Khan and porn star Sunny Leone.

The post read: “@ghantaasingh @kamaalrkhan @SunnyLeone @iPoonampandey #Aap******Hain.”

Shortly after, sleaze model and former contestant of the reality TV show “Bigg Boss 5”, responded to the tweet with disbelief, saying: “Guess this words can’t be of @MaheshNBhatt as he is a gem of person and a gentleman! #HACKED [sic].”

It seems that Pandey’s declaration was spot on, when Bhatt himself took to the microblogging site later, tweeting: “Someone has hacked my account and used it to abuse Kamal Khan and few others. This is dangerous.”

And it is surprising that Bhatt would abuse Leone in any ways considering the filmmaker is all set to enter the “Bigg Boss 5” house with a plum role in  his upcoming, 'Jism 2'.

Soon the Shah Rukh Khan - Salman Khan rivalry will move on from the silver screen to the sporting arena.

World Series Hockey will be played across eight cities in India from December 17 to January 12.

While Salman has agreed to be a part of the Mumbai brigade, sources have confirmed that the Delhi franchise Wizcraft are keen on getting Shah Rukh on board the Delhi team.

SRK, born and brought up in Delhi is most likely to accept the offer and be a brand ambassador of the team. Shah Rukh also likes to play hockey and has even played the game at school and college level.

And to play Tagore's role Pablo will approach Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan.

This film is based on Rabindranath's encounter with Argentine writer Victoria Ocampo.

Fans have to now wait and watch if Big B gives his nod to such an interesting topic.

The casting process is still on. Film will be shot in Bengal, near Santiniketan and will be in Bengali.

The police registered an FIR against actor Salman Khan, his bodyguard Shera and five others at Kanpur's Kakadeo police station.

The report filed against them was for allegedly assaulting anti-corruption activist Omendra Bharat and chief general secretary of Jan Rajya Party.

Khan was in Kanpur on August 24 for the promotion of his film. Anti-corruption activists had crowded around Khan's vehicle to present him a Gandhi cap and request him to join their agitation when they were allegedly beaten up by Khan's personal security staff.

Jan Rajya Party activists later lodged a complaint with the police seeking action against Khan and his bodyguards but no FIR was lodged.

A case has been registered against Salman, his bodyguard Shera and five others.

With films like 'Dabangg', 'Bodyguard', 'Singham' and 'Force' making hay at the box office, Akshay too wants to jump into the action bandwagon.

After starring in a number of Bollywood comedies, Akshay Kumar now wants to return to his action hero image.

Back in the 1990s when Akshay began his acting career, he starred in action films but took a break later on to star in comedy, romance and drama.

He featured in films like 'Khiladi', 'Main Khiladi Tu Anari', 'Sabse Bada Khiladi', 'Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi', 'Mr and Mrs Khiladi', 'International Khiladi', 'Khiladi 420', earned him the nick name Khiladi.

Now almost after a decade, the Khiladi is back in the same zone, with his upcoming film 'Khiladi 786', an action comedy starring Akshay, Paresh Rawal and Himesh Reshammiya.

The film is slated to release in Diwali 2012.
