This is Deepika Padukone’s latest hairdo and the world said ‘wow’, when they saw it on the internet. But then one man got palpitations – producer-director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Deepika Padukone was spotted emerging from hair hairspa in full resplendence with the sun kissed hair emanating a golden streak to the copper coloured hair.

Deepika’s different hairdos have always been the talk of the town ever since the pretty little thing emerged into the Bollywood limelight after being a top model on the ramp circuit in India.

Deepika has been in the news among the fashionistas ever since it was secretly announced that Deepika may well be the face of L’Oreal at the French jamboree when the Cannes Film Festival begins next month.

Hence this latest hair-do could well be the shape of things to come at the festival.

But that has put a spanner in the works for Bhansali’s upcoming film Padmavati  whose sets have been vandalised and has already been troubled and slapped as well for allegedly trying to distort history.

Padmavati is the story of Padmavati who is married to Raja Rawal Ratan Singh but is wooed by Mughal ruler Allaudin Khilji who lusts for her. Many right wing groups have been targeting Bhansali and trying to disrupt the shooting trying to gain brownie points as well from their bosses and hence the film needs over a 20 per cent reshoot now after shootings were disrupted first in Rajashtan and then in Maharashtra.

The film has a release plan in November 2017, but after Deepika has coloured her hair which is far from what her look in the Indian period drama Padmavati is, Bhansali is hopping mad. His film which was embroiled in other controversies is now entangled in Deepika’s hair!
