Karan Johar denies Kangana’s luxury demands

Stars are known to throw tantrums, especially when their demands are denied.

And, that’s exactly what many witnessed on the set of Rensil D’Silva’s ‘Ungli!’.

The grapevine is abuzz with reports of how famed actress Kangana Ranaut has been walking in late for work, only to express her displeasure over how film producer Karan Johar didn’t give in to her starry demands.

The story goes that the actress, who had to shoot through the night, had sent a request to be shifted to a suite in a nearby luxury hotel because she was finding it tough to sleep in her house during the day.

Karan, however, denied access to the hotel accommodation.

According to the Indian media, she was “extremely displeased with it and has been voicing her displeasure quite openly”.

In fact, NDTV claims Kangana was “upset that while the production house claims it takes care of its actors, in reality it doesn't!”

Well, if you ask us, it sounds like another starry tantrum!

The actress has also been dictating to the Indian media on how she should be represented in their publications. “She calls the newspaper or magazines and even tells them which image of hers should be used,” revealed a source.

Not so long ago, Kangana had portrayed a reformed image, with the crew on the set of Vikas Bahl’s next claiming she is very accommodating and down-to-earth.

Kangana reportedly agreed to use the washrooms of nearby hotels and restaurants for her costume changes when she was unable to access her vanity van.

“She is a thorough professional. She realised it was going to be an utter waste of time going back and forth to where her van was parked. She agreed to access the hotel washrooms instead and thus prevented a delay in the shoot schedule,” the Indian media reported.
