Katrina Kaif follows ex-lover Salman Khan’s footsteps
Former lovers Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have never come together to express their feelings for each other, but then the two ex-lovebirds have a few things in common.
Salman over the years, has proved that he is always a friend for people around him and have stood with him through testing times.
This Pocket version of Hercules has also pledged support to his Being Human NGO and there is Katrina Kaif who is putting all her weight behind her mother Susanna Turcotte’s NGO Hope Reach and has decided to support her old friend and the girl who makes her look gorgeous – her hair stylist Promila Hunter by attending a special show of a film produced by Hunter.
The film called ‘Main Krishna Hoon’ also has Katrina in a special appearance. “I am here for a special screening for the kids and it is very heart warming to see them so happy,” says Kaif. The film has been directed by Rajiv Ruia who has made films earlier like ‘My Friend Ganesha’.
Kaif’s ex-beau Salman Khan was also seen a couple of years ago, supporting a children film called ‘Chillar Party’ by co-producing the film, and now Kaif is doing the same for yet another children movie.
If Salman Khan had the guts to stand by his friends like Sajid and Wajid, his man Friday Nadeem and his bodyguard Shera and even composer Himesh Reshammiya earlier, Kaif wants Hunter to do well and is going out of her way to ensure that.
“This is a movie made by my hair dresser, who was with me for last 8 years. So it’s important for us is to promote the film in as many ways as possible.”
The film also has Hrithik Roshan in a cameo and stars Juhi Chawla and Namit Shah in the lead role.
Salman Khan has got the Midas touch and Katrina will hope to emulate the same and ensure that Hunter’s film is a hit.
