Kim Kardashian headed to Kuwait... Dubai?

The rumours circulating have been confirmed, but a November 24 weekend is the latest date to mark the touchdown in Kuwait for reality TV star Kim Kardashian.

Is Dubai an extensionof her Middle East trip? Speculation is rife that this very well may be the case.

The diva mentioned on her official website on September 24: “Can’t wait to see my fans in Kuwait in November. Two months to go. So much to do and see; this trip is going to be amazing.”

Two months from the date is when the US celebrates its Thanksgiving holiday, with stories rife that Kardashian is the surprise package who will break bread this special weekend with the 15,000 American soldiers stationed in Kuwait.

As per the reality TV star’s own admission earlier this year, her regional trip will extend to Dubai, Kuwait and Qatar, where she will partake in the expansion of the retail outlet ‘Millions of Milkshakes’ which had seen Kardashian and mother Kris Jenner in the emirate last year.

The blog Moody‘N’Cheeky, run by two girls in Dubai and Kuwait, broke the news, stating: “She will be at the opening of Millions of Milkshakes and there will be other private events that she will be attending while she’s here.”

Meanwhile, Expat and the City blog has added another nugget, saying: “Shadi [Ghanim, the Al Recardo CEO, which has in its portfolio Millions of Milkshakes, Golds Gym and Ninas Paris in Kuwait] informed me she [Kardashian] will visit US troops while in Kuwait and it was his idea.”

In January of this year, Kardashian had mentioned her upcoming trip on her blog, stating: “Had a fun meeting with Sheeraz. We’re planning our next trip to Kuwait, Qatar, Dubai and the Middle East.”

Kardashian, along with mom Jenner, had created a sensation across Dubai when they visited last October, with a media frenzy following in their wake.

Pictured in burqas, smoking sheesha and riding a camel, Kardashian was quoted at the time of her visit as saying: “I am obsessed with Dubai. I would love to return with my family soon.”

However, her Dubai visit was not without controversy when shortly after her trip she filed for divorce from Kris Humphries and is now embroiled in a bitter battle with the NBA star.

Her reality TV cameras of the show, “Kourtney and Kim Take New York” also followed her around during her previous Dubai visit and created quite a sensation when those episodes were aired when pictorial evidence emerged, suggesting that some of those scenes were faked later in a studio to cast Kardashian in favourable light with fans, post her filing for divorce after 45 days of marriage.
