Bollywood actor, Salman Khan, who is known to be a trendsetter, will be following the footsteps of Shah Rukh Khan.

Well, to tone down the sensational part, it's not just Shah Rukh; Salman is taking the cue from John Abraham and Shahid Kapoor also.

These three stars (SRK, John and Shahid) have endorsed different brands of men's fairness cream. But Salman Khan stayed away from what is more associated with the weaker sex, a fairness cream.

The Dabangg actor has reportedly signed the deal for endorsing a leading brand of men's fairness cream.

An Indian daily, Mid Day, reported on Thursday that Salman has been paid at least a couple of millions for the endorsement deal.

The daily further informed that Salman Khan will be flagging off the company's debut in the market of whitening cream for men.

Shah Rukh Khan was the first male star to endorse a fairness cream. A trendsetter, SRK was ridiculed for being a brand ambassador of a product which has been associated with the fairer sex. SRK has been part of several ads for the Emami Fair and Handsome.

Shahid Kapoor was quick to follow the superstar with his endorsement deal with Vaseline Men Antispot Whitening Face Cream.

Later, John Abraham joined the league with his ad for Garnier Fairness Cream for Men.

Salman Khan has been the ambassador of Suzuki Motorcycle India. The actor is the company’s first brand ambassador for India.

This fairness cream is yet another addition to Salman Khan’s swelling kitty of brand endorsements. He’s endorsed a soft drink, a detergent, and an inner wear brand. He recently became the brand ambassador for History channel. His commercials for Yatra.com are already on the airwaves.
