After Aishwarya Rai, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been offered the heroine's role in Rajinikanth's "Hara", Sify.com reported.

The film, directed by KS Ravikumar, features the iconic South Indian actor in dual roles, one would be animated and the other a live action.

Padukone is reportedly excited about the role and is trying to work out her dates.

The actress's spokesperson is quoted as saying: "Yes Deepika has been approached, but it is too early to talk about. Deepika would love to be part of a Rajinikanth film. She has a very busy year ahead and everything depends on the availability of her dates".
