Himesh Reshammiya’s ‘Teraa Surroor’ to get a delayed UAE release

For those in the UAE who have been waiting with bated breath to see Himesh Reshammiya sing and dance his way to the spotlight with his ‘Teraa Surroor: A lethal love story’ are in for a disappointment.

The movie will not release in the UAE on Thursday. At least, not for now.

According to news reports, the production house T-Series has decided to delay the release in the UAE.

The movie, a sequel to Himesh’s ‘Aap Ka Surroor’, will release in India on Friday, as scheduled. And, depending on how it fares in the Indian market, its UAE release will be set.

This isn’t the first time that moviemakers have done this. Earlier, Yash Raj productions had adopted a similar move for its rom-com ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’, where the movie released in the UAE a few weeks after it was a super-hit in India.

A movie showcaser in the UAE confirmed that the movie will not release in the UAE. “It was scheduled for release but it’s not releasing today,” they confirmed.
