Jay Z to perform in Abu Dhabi; Will Beyonce be surprise package?

International music star and one of world's most influential entertainers, Jay Z, will headline the Yasalam After-Race Concert on Friday, November  1, at the du Arena on Yas Island.

FLASH Entertainment in association with Yas Marina Circuit, the host of the 2013 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will bring the music superstar to the Middle East for the first time for this once-in-a-lifetime concert.

The surprise announcement was music to the ears of UAE fans who gathered at a special launch event hoping to secure a ticket to the Friday Yasalam After-Race Concert.

We wonder if wife Beyonce can pull off a surprise for her husband. That will be a bonus!

Remember Jay-Z had surprised Beyonce on stage while she was performing in Philadelphia in July as part of her Mrs Carter World Tour. The rapper snuck up behind Beyoncé and then threw his arms around her and gave her a sweet kiss.
 
The singer's face was a picture and had a look of sheer bewilderment as she appeared completely confused at what had just happened.
 
The crowd and Beyoncé's dancers all roared with delight at being there to witness the rare PDA.

For Jay Z's show - the first 200 lucky fans lined up at the Virgin Megastore at the Mall Of The Emirates in Dubai, who were also among the first to know about the announcement, received 2 complimentary passes to the After-Race Concert featuring Jay Z.

Ticket holders for the F 1 will be able to attend up to four concerts as part of the entry ticket privileges – called Y1 Access – which also includes some or all of the following: 2 invitations to the Thursday After-Race Concert, the first 15,000 UAE based customers will receive 2 invitations to the Friday After-Race Concert, a limited number of Golden Circle upgrades, and a 20% discount on selected FLASH events throughout the year.
