Sajid replaces his ex-lover with Esha Gupta

It seems like break-ups in Bollywood are not that lucrative for one's career. According to sources, in Sajid Khan's upcoming comedy, 'Humshakal' his ex-girlfriend Jacqueline Fernandez will no longer play the leading lady. The movie also stars Saif Ali Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh.

The two of them have been in a relationship since 'Housefull 2' and recently they have parted ways. Post break up, this may be the first 'getting over you' move from Sajid's end. Someone's loss is someone's gain and there is no dearth of replacements in Bollywood. The news is that Esha Gupta will be the new leading lady for the film. This is what we call 'chance pe dance'!

This would be Esha's first comedy while she has worked in movies like 'Jannat 2', 'Razz 3' and 'Chakravyuh' which clearly seems to have impressed Sajid. However, this cast is fresh and could probably do a better job. As for Jacqueline, she need not fret as she is starring opposite Salman Khan in 'Kick'. So, she has the option to lean on Salman's shoulders to mourn her loss.
