The 22-year-old singer has only been dating the hunky model, 21, for three months but she's already smitten with him and was spotted locking lips with him at Clive Davis's Pre-Grammy Gala at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills on Saturday.

An onlooker told PEOPLE.com: "They were kissing and cuddling at a VIP table. They whispered in each other's ears and were smiling and laughing."

A source added: "Miley is really into Patrick. He has her wrapped around his finger, but it goes both ways. Patrick would do anything at the drop of a dime for Miley and she loves the idea of that."

However, the 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker, who experienced a difficult split from ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth in 2013, is determined to take her blossoming romance with Patrick a lot slower than she has done with previous relationships in order to protect herself.
