The Goan Konkani movie 'Nachom-ia Kumpasar', since it's release on December 4 in Goa, has been running house full.
After being showcased at various film festivals internationally and winning many awards, the makers have now announced the premiere show in Dubai on January 29 (Friday).
'Nachom-ia Kumpasar' will be showcased in Indian High School Sheikh Rashid Auditorium.
The Konkani movie has already won three national Awards and six international awards.
'Nachom-ia Kumpasar' pays tribute to unsung Goan musicians of the 1960s and 1970s directed by Bardroy Barretto.
The period film starring Palomi Ghosh and Vijay Maurya has often been called a magnum opus.
The film has already travelled to the Melbourne Indian Film Festival, Mexico Cinefest, the Chicago South Asian Film Festival, Seattle South Asian Film Festival, Mumbai Moving Images Festival (MAMI), the International Film Festival of India, the Honolulu South Asian Film Festival and will travel to the Victoria Film Festival Canada and festivals in South Africa and Dubai.
