KUWTK: Kanye West deletes Twitter and Instagram

Kanye West has mysteriously deleted his verified Twitter and Instagram accounts.

The controversial rapper surprised his fans on Friday when he mysteriously deactivated both his verified Twitter and Instagram accounts, giving no reason for his actions.

Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that although Kanye, 39, and his wife Kim Kardashian West, 36. had some ups and downs last year, their marriage is currently "in a great place".

A source told PEOPLE: "Kanye couldn't stop talking about his wife recently, calling her the sweetest thing.

"Kim and Kanye are in a great place. They are just so happy. He's doing really great."

Another insider added that things had been tough after Kim was robbed at gunpoint in Paris and Kanye was admitted to hospital suffering from exhaustion but the pair have been working hard to get their relationship back on track.

The source said: "They went through a really rough time there for a while. It was really touch and go. She was dealing with the robbery and all that came after, and she felt like he wasn't there for her. He was going through his issues around the holidays, and he felt like she wasn't prioritising him.

"Things were just awful between the two of them, but also with both of them separately. It was like for the first time, they just weren't happy. I don't think they were happy separately, and I know they weren't happy together.

"Kim kept saying, 'If we can get through this, we'll be stronger than ever. They never fell out of love with each other, but it was just one of those times where marriage is hard work, and you have to push through the pain.

"They both had moments where they were like, 'Is this even worth it' But the answer was always, 'Yes, this is worth it.' So they both chose to fight."

Kim Kardashian West's marriage was 'really touch and go' after Paris robbery

Kim Kardashian West's marriage was reportedly "really touch and go" after the horrific Paris ordeal.

The 36-year-old American television personality was robbed at gunpoint in her hotel room in Paris, France, in October last year, and it is believed her relationship with husband Kanye West became "hard work" through that difficult time because he wasn't "prioritising" his wife as he was trying to cope with his personal "issues", which saw him hospitalised for exhaustion.

Speaking about the couple to PEOPLE - who have three-year-old daughter North and 17-month-old son Saint together - an insider said: "It was really touch and go. She was dealing with the robbery and all that came after, and she felt like he wasn't there for her. He was going through his issues around the holidays, and he felt like she wasn't prioritising him."

Although the pair endured a difficult time in their love life, it is believed they "never" fell out of love for one another and tried to "push through the pain" to make their romance work.

The insider added: "They never fell out of love with each other, but it was just one of those times where marriage is hard work, and you have to push through the pain."

However, the source has claimed it wouldn't be a surprise if the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star and her 39-year-old rapper were to go their separate ways, although it is believed they are more likely to stay married for a long time to come.

The source said: "If they called and said it was over, it wouldn't come out of the blue.

"But on the other hand, it wouldn't shock me if the two of them are still married in 20 years. Their chances are way better now than they used to be."

Kim Kardashian life is 'always going to be different' after the Paris robbery

Kim Kardashian West's life is "always going to be different" after the Paris robbery, as she feels she will never be able to "erase" the horrific ordeal from her memory or trust "anyone" again.

The 36-year-old American television personality was bound, gagged and held at gunpoint whilst thieves stole her personal possessions from her French hotel in October 2016, and although the French police have reportedly arrested 17 people in connection with the incident, she will never move on from the attack because she "can't erase" the horrific ordeal from her memory.

Speaking about how she has changed since the terrifying moment last year on 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians', the raven-haired beauty - who has three-year-old daughter North and 16-month-old son Saint with her rapper husband Kanye West - said: "To find out that there were so many people involved, hearing detail after detail, really just opened up a whole different perspective for me of feeling safe.

"It definitely opened up my eyes to a whole different world that I can't erase - I can't go backwards.

"Life is always going to be different.

"I can still live my life, but just on edge."

And the 'Selfish' author has vowed to be "super aware of everything" from now on following the raid.

She added: "Now I just have to be super aware of everything that I do and who I share it with."

The reality star reportedly met with a French judge in New York in February to identify the people who were involved in the robbery because she didn't want to return to the French capital, but the thought that people "close" to her were involved in plotting the nightmarish attack makes her distrust "anyone".

She explained: "Knowing that it's a possibility that people close to me were involved makes me feel I can't trust anyone. And that really sucks. It just opened up my eyes that this happens and that there's really bad people in this world."

Brie Larson's accidental selfie

Brie Larson only featured in a Met Gala selfie because she was in the bathroom when it was being taken.

The 'Room' actress was among a string of famous faces - including Diddy, Paris Jackson and Kim Kardashian West - who crammed into a picture shared by the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star at the annual fashion extravaganza on Monday (01.05.17) but she admitted she was only included as she happened to be in the same place at the same time the impromptu photo shoot was taking place.

She tweeted: I need to go to the bathroom and ended up famous."

Kylie broke rules at the annual bash at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City to take the picture.

Kylie posted the image on her Instagram account and it has already been 'liked' more than two million times by her followers.

The post confirmed the 19-year-old star had realised her ambition of taking at least one selfie at the event in New York, even though guests were explicitly asked not to post pictures on social media.

Earlier in the evening, Kylie said: "I'll sneak a selfie, I always sneak a selfie."

Despite this, Kylie previously admitted that her social media accounts aren't necessarily a true reflection of her real-life self.

Speaking in 2016, the reality star explained: "I usually don't show my true personality to the world, because when you open yourself up so much, there's more room for people to say things about you."

Kylie explained that her public image is carefully orchestrated, admitting she doesn't want to reveal her true self to her followers.

She said: "This is where #WhoIsKylieJenner comes into play. I don't really say who Kylie Jenner is, you know what I mean?"

Kanye West avoiding Met Gala because of red carpet 'pressure'

Kanye West is reportedly skipping out on the Met Gala because he's "not ready" for the "pressure" of the red carpet.

The 39-year-old rapper will leave his wife Kim Kardashian West to attend the flashy ball - which takes place in New York City on Monday evening - alone for the first time since they made their debut in 2013, and sources now claim his decision comes as he believes he isn't ready to deal with the "stress and pressure" of a red carpet after he was hospitalised for exhaustion late last year.

A source said: "It had nothing to do with the Met Gala. It was more about the stress and pressure of a big red carpet. He just wasn't quite there yet."

But despite not attending the star-studded bash, the insider insisted the 'Famous' hitmaker is in "a much better place" than he was last year, and has made "good progress" in getting his mental health back on track.

They added to People magazine: "Kanye has been doing okay. He's made a lot of good progress and is in a much better place."

Previously, it was claimed the star would be spending his evening looking after the two children he shares with the 36-year-old reality star - three-year-old daughter North and 17-month-old son Saint.

Another source said: "Kanye West will not be attending the Met Ball tomorrow.

"Kim will be flying solo. He's still very much enjoying his time off from public events.

"He'll be staying back in L.A. with their kids.

"Everything is great with him and Kim and he's supportive of her going solo."

Last year the couple rocked matching silvery outfits, and the metallic dress Kim wore was actually a combination of two Balmain gowns created by Olivier Rousteing which fitted the party's Manus x Machina: Fashion In An Age Of Technology theme perfectly.

Kanye revealed at the time: "Thank you Olivier for making 4 dresses for Kim to choose from which we chopped 2 in half (sic)"

Kim Kardashian West's son Saint is her 'twin'

Kim Kardashian West's son Saint is her "twin", and the television personality believes her daughter shares a likeness with her husband Kanye West.

The 36-year-old American television personality believes her and 16-month-old child have the same personality and she claims the pair of them are both "so sweet", whereas her three-year-old daughter North has the same qualities as the 'Selfish' author's husband Kanye West.

Speaking about her brood on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', which will air on Thursday, the raven-haired beauty said: "He's my twin. He's literally my twin personality. He's so sweet. And he's just such a good good boy. Just such a good person.

"[North] She's really really smart, actually. She knows how to outsmart us - if she thinks she does. But she is Kanye's twin. Same personality, says the same wild things. Those two."

And the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star has revealed her oldest child will often bully her brother because she is "so jealous" of him, especially when he would nestle into the reality star's chest to be breastfed.

Kim explained: "North just beats him [Saint] up all day long ... she's just awful. She is so jealous, and I thought it was a phase - it's not going away. She just says boys aren't allowed in her room. Like, when she's gone at school, I'm like, 'It's time let's go in her room! Do whatever you want - go crazy!'

"When I was breastfeeding him, [North] was so jealous I had to get a little milk box and put it in the other bra with a straw so she would drink and he would drink. She's so jealous. It's crazy. The things you do."

And the fashion icon has praised her 39-year-old spouse for his "romantic" tendencies, and feels pressure to plan his 40th birthday bash when he hits the milestone on June 8.

She explained: "He does the most amazing, romantic, over-the-top, crazy, wild things that you would never even imagine for me. So the pressure is so on.

"I think I still want it to be intimate, maybe small. Not too crazy. Not too overwhelming just yet."
