The 27-year-old model took to the social networking site on Tuesday night to share an adorable quote in celebration of her five-year relationship with the hunky actor, 47.

Alongside the quote, which read 'You will forever be my always,' she wrote: "5 years..." followed by a heart emoticon.

The couple first started dating in March 2010 but they kept their romance underwraps for a few weeks, before making it public a month later in April of that year.

Meanwhile, he pair sparked speculation a few months ago that they had got engaged after Rosie was seen with a diamond sparkler on her ring finger but they later shot down the rumours.

The blonde beauty divides her time between the US and the UK for her work commitments and has admitted being in a relationship with Jason gives her "stability."
