Bollywood actor Salman Khan will turn 50 this December, and it seems his fans and Indian media are up in arms to get him married off to his rumoured girlfriend Iulia Vantur.

Strong rumours about the eternal bachelor having finally lost his bachelor tag have been doing the rounds.

According to PinkVilla 'source' the actor got engaged to the Romanian TV actress-host.

The news seems to have filtered in from Iulia's hometown, Bucharest, after she was spotted with a rock on her finger.

It got further fuelled after the starlet vaguely tweeted about 'a new journey'... 'La la la... such a beautiful la la... life' and 'the most beautiful things we'll find them in the heart,' etc, etc.

Her publicist has reportedly even confirmed that she is now engaged and will wed next year.

Iulia has often been seen with Salman at film shoots and sharing meals with his family and has been part of his sister Arpita Khan Sharma's wedding celebrations.

However, even as diehard fans of Salman would pray the news turns out to be true, Arpita took to Twitter to rubbish the 'rumour'.

She was miffed with the speculations and hence her anger was apparent: "Do not believe everything you read in the papers or on different websites online."

"Really ya what rubbish do these people keep carrying (sic)."
