Salman Khan shops for diamond in Dubai, Iulia Vantur keeps company

Indian superstar Salman Khan's rumoured affair with Iulia Vantur just got a bit more interesting.

While we are still processing the images of Iulia at close proximity of Khan at his birthday party and the two endorsing each other on social media; we now come across reports of them vacationing in Dubai.

We cannot brush aside this news as someone's wild imagination as a fan-turned-paparazzi posted their picture exiting the Dubai airport.

The Romanian beauty seems to have found a special place in the superstar's heart.

But wait till we tell you what was Salman up to in the UAE last week.

While in Dubai, the 'Dabangg' Khan went out shopping and mall hopping surrounded by his entourage.

He visited a store at the Mall of the Emirates and scanned through several fine jewellery pieces. A source has informed Emirates 24|7 that Salman often visits the store when he is in town.

He also purchased diamond from the store and guess what, it was for someone else. We are told that Salman bought it for some 'special' lady.

Now this has left us stumped - who is this 'special' lady and why did he come all the way to shop in Dubai?

It could be a good ploy to avoid Indian paparazzi or he simply wanted to make this vacation special for someone.

We will not get the answers anytime soon but what we can tell you is that a viral picture of Iulia locking lips with a man whose back was visible to the camera is not Salman Khan.

As soon as the pic appeared on social media, it didn't take long for speculations to start milling that it is Salman kissing Iulia given that the two were in Dubai last week.

However, the man in question is not Salman but Andrei Tiberiu Maria.

Maria is a Romanian singer better known by his stage name Smiley. These snaps of the duo were originally published by a Romanian website in June 2015 and now have resurfaced as Salman-Iulia kissing pictures in India.

In a post uploaded by one of Salman Khan's fan clubs, a clearer picture of Iulia and an unidentified man could be seen and it was quite evident it was not Salman.
