Sunny Leone has moved a long way from the adult movie industry into the mainstream Bollywood industry.

And the proof is on how she has cast aside the lucrative business that she once had in terms of acting and also making cinema for an adult audience to working in the Bollywood movie industry – albeit working in cinema that now gets only an adult certificate, primarily with the kind of erotic genre cinema that she has been associated with – be it with Pooja Bhatt's 'Jism 2', Sachiin Joshi's 'Jackpot', Ekta Kapoor's 'Ragini MMS 2' or forthcoming films like 'Ek Paheli Leela' etc.

But then 'Leela' also sees her in the role of a princess. And the make-up and the accessories required to make her character royal took a long time for her to get ready.

"It was a very challenging role and when I read the script I loved it.

"I felt that it would take me two of three hours to get into character for the look. But on day one it took me six hours. Soon I made it quicker, but then it was difficult for me and I had a lot of support from my team," says the actress.

The film has her in different looks and she was required to be in two characters – one in the current era and the other one is 300 years old.

"There is one role which is the present and other role is in the past.

"In the present, I am a glamourous model and I meet the prince in the movie and become the princess. Then there is a flashback and then I am Leela," she explains.

Sunny has changed herself a lot to work in this film and one of them was to speak in Hindi a bit more fluently as the dialogues in this film are more rustic than her other films till date. Sunny did work hard though she did not dub her lines herself for the film.

"When I work in the movies I do give them an option to use my voice in the film and I do want to try my best for my characters. But then the decision is theirs. If the voice does not fit then I give the option that they will not hurt my feelings or my pride and use whatever deems fit. For Leela, I am not dubbing with my voice," she says.

'Ek Paheli Leela' also sees Sunny dancing on one of Aishwarya Rai's best known songs - 'Dholi taro Dhol' it wasn't easy but choreographer Ahmed Khan made it a cakewalk.

"I don't think there is anybody like Aishwarya. She is a talented woman. I think she is so great that I hope that my dancing skills are at least half as good as her," says Sunny.

'Ek Paheli Leela' has been directed by Bobby Khan and produced by Bhushan Kumar with Jai Bhanushali, Rajneesh Duggal, Jas Arora, Mohit Ahlawat and Rahul Dev doing important roles.
