Bollywood actors on Thursday promoted their upcoming romantic drama 'Fitoor', an adaptation of Charles Dickens' novel 'Great Expectations', at a fashion show in India's entertainment capital, Mumbai.
The fashion show was organised by the Sahachari Foundation showcasing fashion designer Manish Malhotra's collection.
Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapur and actress Katrina Kaif who play the lead in 'Fitoor' walked the ramp and promoted their upcoming movie.
"Manish is someone with whom I have worked with in many of the films but his work is always so spectacular. After so many years, he is someone who works with so much passion. The way he works is like he still wants to improve himself which is one of the best things. He is successful and very inspiring to me," said Kaif.
Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, the film features noted Bollywood actress Tabu in lead role apart from Kapur and Kaif.
The movie has mostly been shot in India's Kashmir which also traces the complex social fabric of Kashmir and its youth.
'Fitoor', meaning obsession, is the story of a budding artist Noor (Kapur) who falls in love with Firdaus (Kaif).
However, Beghum Hazrat, played by Tabu, is not keen on their relationship. She chooses to take vengeance through her daughter Firdaus.
The film is slated to hit the theatres in India on February 12, 2016.
