Thrill-seeking fans Bollywood bad boy John Abraham will be in Dubai this week, to press the flesh with fans in the UAE ahead of the release of his new movie, “Jhootha Hi Sahi”.
The beefy actor, who is often pressed to take his shirt off at such events, will meet with ten fans at the BurJuman shopping mall on Wednesday, the shopping centre said in a statement.
Abbas Tyrewala’s film tells the story of a compulsive liar who mistakenly gets connected to a suicidal woman, giving her a reason to live with this misdirected "final" call. It goes on general release on Thursday.
The mall is currently running a radio promotion and 40 listeners who call in to Cool FM will win a photo op with Abraham, movie tickets or shopping vouchers.
Abraham, the star of successful films such as “Dhoom”, “Dostana” and “New York”, was last week sentenced to 15 days in prison by a Mumbai court after his motorbike collided with two cyclists. He will appeal the verdict.
