Wrinkled Cindy Crawford's unedited lingerie picture goes viral

But a recently leaked picture of Ms Crawford is in a different league altogether.

Wearing black lingerie she looked stunning in the un-retouched version of her December 2013 Marie Claire Mexico cover story.

Marie Claire Mexico photoshopped the images, like most magazines do, but now, the US version of Marie Claire is publishing the un-retouched images — and it has gone viral.

In a feathered coat, fedora, and sexy lingerie, Crawford stands proud and regal, happy to show off her body.

By releasing these photos, she proves that beauty isn't about washboard abs or impossibly toned legs; it's about being comfortable in your own skin.  

Marie Claire's website soon wrote a message with the twitter link that this picture was completely a real and untouched picture and looks gorgeous.

The magazine wrote on their web page: "No matter where the photo came from, it's an enlightenment — we've always known Crawford was beautiful, but seeing her like this only makes us love her more. And as she told us at the premiere of her new documentary last week: "I really think—at any age—it's learning to be comfortable in your own skin. ...If women would treat themselves with the same kind of love they give to their friends, that would be such a great gift we could give ourselves. ...What makes you the most attractive is self-confidence. That's what people see."
