Miley Cyrus to sue over nude phone pic

She may finally be old enough to take adult decisions, but Miley Cyrus certainly isn't having adult pictures taken of herself.

The "Party in the USA" singer is considering suing a blog that posted an image of a faceless naked woman puported to be her.

The blog, ZackTaylor.ca, published the image, shot in a bathroom with a phone, claiming that Cyrus had sent it to her ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and they had obtained it after her iPhone was stolen. It claimed the image was taken during a sexting session while Cyrus was staying at the Westin hotel.

Soon after the image surfaced, though, people from her camp denied it and they are now "in touch with lawyers and considering action," reported People magazine online.

Cyrus' spokesperson added that the Hannah Montana star has a tattoo reading 'Just Breathe' under her left breast, and the woman in question doesn't have it and also she is skinnier than the former Disney star.

What the woman in question does have is the same blonde wavy hairstyle as Cyrus and she also wears Cyrus's signature bracelets.

Taylor has since admitted the picture was a hoax – dressed in an open plaid shirt and photographed from the neck down, the 'lookalike' was actually a young British woman -- however, Cyrus is still considering legal action.

The 18-year-old singer hit the headlines two years ago when Vanity Fair magazine published near-nude photographs of her taken by celebrity lenswoman Annie Leibovitz.
