New hospital adds to medical care in Fujairah

Under the auspices of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, the Al Sharq hospital opened in the Al Faseel area  recently.

Dr Abdul Hamid Sanan, Director-General of Al Sharq hospital, hailed the endless support of the Ruler of Fujairah towards the health sector in the emirate.

He added that the hospital is fully equipped with the latest equipment and medical staff and in accordance with the highest international standards, with a view to making a very outstanding and specific remedial service and health care.

He pointed out that the hospital is the largest and newest on the east coast of the UAE, with a capacity of 100-beds plus private suites, outpatient clinics and advanced laboratories for conducting all types of tests.

He disclosed that the hospital has received international accreditation as well.

Al Sharq Healthcare was founded in 1994 and is a subsidiary of Fujairah National Group.
