24-carat gold shoes in Dubai for Dh19,500

Alberto Moretti has announced the worldwide launch of the first exclusive 24-carat gold velvet shoe.

The unique shoes have been created in collaboration with shoemakers HORO. They were presented for the first time during the Monte Carlo Grand Prix on Saturday, May 25, 2013.

The pump and the loafer will be exclusively distributed through the top worldwide department stores: Barneys New York, Fred Segal Los Angeles, Harrods London, The Swank Hong Kong and Level Shoe District Dubai.

Approximate price of the shoes will be Dh19,500.
