Child bride, 15, dies while giving birth

A 15-year-old child bride has died after suffering from a massive brain haemorrhage while giving birth, according to mirror.co.uk.

The girl - known only as Derya B - gave birth in a village in the Mutki district of Turkey last week.

However, after the child was born, the girl was rushed to hospital complaining of headaches and nausea.

She was then rushed to intensive care after doctors said she had suffered from a brain haemorrhage but she died on Thursday.

It is thought the brain haemorrhage could have been caused by her giving birth at an early age.

Prosecutors have now launched an investigation into her death and are speaking to her family and husband.

She was married in a religious wedding when she was just 14. It is not clear how old her widower is.
