Egyptian falls into Dh270,000 honey trap

An Egyptian company manager received a phone call from a woman asking him to come to her apartment and telling him she already knows him.

When the man knocked at the door, he was surprised when he came face-to-face with a pretty, half-naked woman. But his surprise turned into a shock when he found a man pointing a gun at him and ordering him to strip off.

After forcing him to take his clothes off, the man identified himself as the woman’s husband and filmed the manager naked with his wife.

She then forced him to sign cheques for 500,000 pounds (Dh270,000) and sign a letter giving up his car for the couple.

Newspapers said police in the northeastern town of Bani Suwaif arrested the couple for interrogation on charges of extortion, deception and threatening the manager with a gun.
