19 hurt in 11 accidents during Eid holidays

Ninteen people were injured in 11 traffic accidents during the Eid Al Adha holidays in Dubai.

The Dubai Traffic Police said two vehicles were involved in an accident on Sheikh Zayed Road in which three people were injured.

The driver of a motorcycle was injured when his bike hit a vehicle parked on the roadside on Emirates Road.

One person was seriously hurt in a run-over accident on Al Rasheed Road.

Three accidents happened on the first day of Eid Al Adha holidays in which three people were injured.

The first accident was in Al Karama in which two vehicles collided. The second was a run-over accident on Al Khaleej Street while the third accident was a collision between a vehicle and a motorbike in Al Muteenah.

Eight people were injured in four accidents on the second day of Eid Al Adha holidays. In the first accident, two vehicles collided in Umm Suqeim. The second and third ones were run-over accidents in Muhaisna and Amman Street respectively.

In the fourth accident, four people were injured in an accident involving three vehicles on Al Khawaneej Street.

On Tuesday a run-over accident happened in Muhaisna area which caused moderate injuries to the driver of a motorbike.
