5 sailors rescued from sea off Sharjah

Five Asian sailors were rescued after their ship ran aground just 200 metres off Al Hairah in Sharjah, ‘Emarat Al Youm’ reports, quoting the ambulance and rescue section of the Sharjah Police.
 
The Sharjah Police said the rescue operation was implemented in cooperation with the coast guard of the UAE Armed Forces.
 
Sharjah Police said that the ship ran aground in bad weather on Friday night.
