Abu Dhabi Police has fined 6,000 drivers for not wearing seat belts from September 15 to October 18. (Al Bayan)
The Abu Dhabi Police will change the speed limit on the Abu Dhabi–Al Ghweifat road, from Barakah to the Baynunah forest.
The speed limit in this area will be reduced from 140kmph to 120kmph from November 15, ‘Emarat Al Youm’ reported.
Abu Dhabi Police announced the same on Twitter yesterday. The police also stated that radars will be based on the new speed limit amendment.
Abu Dhabi Police has fined 6,000 drivers for not wearing seat belts, the report said adding that these violations were from September 15 to October 18.
