Air Wing rescues 3 injured in road crashes

Abu Dhabi: Two individuals, who had sustained injuries after their car swerved on the road to Hakl Al Sahil in Al Gharbia, were flown to the Madinat Zayed Hospital, by the Air Wing Department at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.

The medical crew gave first-aid to the two injured and stabilised their conditions before they were airlifted to Madinat Zayed Hospital in the Western Region for further treatments.

The Air Wing’s helicopter transported another injured man who had sustained a number of fractures after his car swerved in Umm Al Ashtan in the Western Region Al Gharbia. The helicopter transported him to the Ruwais Hospital and then to Zayed Military Hospital to proceed with his medical treatment.

In two other missions, the Air Wing Department’s helicopter transported a patient from the Ruwais Hospital in Al Gharbia to Al Mafraq Hospital after his health deteriorated.

The helicopter also transported a patient from Delma Hospital to Al Mafraq Hospital after his health deteriorated. The medical crew gave first-aid care to the two patients and stabilised their health ensuring their safe arrivals to the hospitals.
