Aishwarya, Aaradhya can move into Dubai’s Sanctuary Falls villa by September

In terms of buyer interest, it is, given the large Indian expat population here and the enigma surrounding the First Family of Bollywood, one of the most-watched property buys in Dubai.

For those hoping to see Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan, her daughter Aaradhya and hubby, Bollywood star Abhishek cruising down Dubai’s many boulevards, it will be July to September at the, earliest before the Bachchans’ get handover of their Sanctuary Falls villa.

“The project will be ready for handover in third quarter,” a top industry source told Emirates 24|7. This website reported on Sunday that Aishwarya Rai may have visited to check the villa. Shaikh Holdings, the developer, did not confirm on whether Aishwarya Rai had visited the project in the Jumeirah Golf Estates master development.

Sanctuary Falls has 96 distinctly styled resort homes with traditional, modern and contemporary architecture. In 2007, the five- and six-bedroom villas, ranging from 5,600 to 10,600 square feet, were priced in the range of Dh9.5 million to Dh23 million.

Informed sources in Dubai said they were not aware of any new property being bought by the Bachchan family.

According to the developer, each of the homes come fitted with a Scavolini designer Kitchen outfitted with Miele appliances. Nolte wardrobes and feature sanitary ware by Villeroy & Boch. The family lounge comes equipped with Bang & Olufsen Home entertainment system, while the rest of the house comes equipped with an advanced home automation system by Archimedia and a dedicated concierge service by Quintessentially.

The villa project overlooks the Earth Course in Jumeirah Golf Estate, the home to Dubai World Championship.
