Al Ain centre Emirates ID timing change

Emirates Identity Authority has announced changes in the official timings of its Al Ain Customer Services Centre. As per the new timings, the centre will function from 7am to 5 pm. The change in the timings aims to serve customers better and help them save time and effort.

Commenting on the new timings, Naser Al Abdouli, Director of Services Centres Support at Emirates ID, said, "This is in line with the UAE programme for outstanding government service. The new timings were decided on the basis of a study at different services centres on the preferences of the customers who preferred the period before 5 pm to complete their transactions," he explained.

Al Abdouli said, "Fujairah Centre consists of 26 service lines and is capable of receiving more than 1,000 customers per day. The authority always strives to render its services in the quickest possible manner to its customers."

Emirates ID called on all its customers to get in touch via its various communication channels in case they need any assistance or information. The call centre of the authority functions around the clock throughout the week. The customers can also contact via the authority’s social media pages on Facebook and twitter, in addition to the direct communication service on its official website. They can also visit the authority’s centres across the UAE.
