The speed limit on Umm Suqeim Road from Al Sufouh Road to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road will be raised to 90kmph from the existing limit of 80kmph.
This modification also covers a sector of Al Qudra Road, from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road up to Emirates Road, with the new speed limit also set at 90 kmph instead of the current speed limit of 80 kmph.
The speed limit of the remaining part of Al Qudra Road (from Emirates Road up to Seih Assalam Roundabout) will be raised to 100 kmph, instead of the existing speed limit of 90 kmph.
The decision will come into effect from February 6, 2016.
