Auto Festival opens in Abu Dhabi

The Auto Festival of Abu Dhabi opened on Thursday at Adnec with more than 50,000 visitors expected to attend the three-day auto show.

In order to give the visitors a unique and diverse experience, the Festival will comprise of three main events – The 1st International Motor Show Abu Dhabi (Imsad), Custom Show Emirates and Middle East Car of the Year 2016.

Imsad will provide an opportunity for visitors to purchase their new vehicles through ‘Show-only’ offers.

The show will see participation of international automakers such as Dodge, Chrysler, Volvo, Chevrolet, GMC, Peugeot, Renault, Nissan, Infiniti and Subaru.

Bike enthusiasts can also rejoice and gear up to witness a nail biting finish to the ‘Bikers Build-Off’ competition, which will see two master bike builders build spectacular custom bikes right at the centre of the show.

A special outdoor entertainment arena will see professional drifters roar into action in their modified 4x4s and saloon cars.

Auto Festival Abu Dhabi 2016 will run from March 31 to Aril 2 from 10am to 10pm. Tickets are priced at Dh50.
