His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has ordered sending two children who suffered severe burns after falling in a hole containing caustic waste in Dibba, for treatment abroad.

Qadi Saeed Al Murooshid, Director General of Dubai Health Authority, said that Sheikh Mohammed also ordered provision of a special aircraft, equipped with necessary medical equipment, to fly the two children to a specialised medical centre in Germany within the next 48 hours. They will be accompanied by a medical team.

Al Muroohsid thanked Sheikh Mohammed for the gesture. He said Sheikh Mohammed issued the order after reading the story of the two children in the front page of today's 'Al Emarat Al Youm' newspaper.
