The divorcee IA, 40, Emirati housewife, discovered that her ex-hubby MI, 43, Emirati, First Sergeant, had submitted a certificate in the court testifying that he was unmarried while in fact that he got married after they divorced in 2001.
She said her ex-husband has been troubling her since she took custody of the children after divorce.
“He used to bring police often to my residence to force me drop my children’s custody right. Lately, he lodged a court case against me to take children’s custody from me. In the court file, I was shocked to find out that he had submitted to the court a certificate, which stated that he was unmarried. I am sure that he married to another woman after our divorce,” she said.
“I remember that MI approached me along with OS, 57 and MM 35, both are policemen. The two witnesses testified that that MI is unmarried. I prepared the document as they testified and went to the judge,” she said.
After investigating the case, the court found out that MI was married to another woman since 2004.
