DHA offers round the clock helpline
The Dubai Health Authority(DHA) announced that its call centre operations will be round-the-clock.
Sheikha Al Rahoomi, director of customer relations at DHA, said, "Starting March 1, the DHA Call Centre (800342) will be operational 24|7. This decision is in line with the Dubai Health Strategy 2013-2025."
DHA's call centre was established in December 2011 and since then, until January 2015, customer service representatives have answered 450,000 calls.
Al Rahoomi said a majority of the queries pertain to licensing services, medical fitness services, complaints and suggestions, information with regard to health services as well as information about DHA's campaigns and events.
Call Centre agents are fluent in English, Arabic, Urdu/Hindi, Farsi and French.
