Driver ties up and rapes his manager, court told

A Pakistani driver allegedly had forcible sex with his manager taking advantage of her being alone in the company after all employees had left.

The victim AJ, 40, Indian, manager testified that on March 3 at about 4.30pm she was on her office at a water desalination company.

The driver JAK, 43, came into the office and asked me to sign some papers. After signing the papers she collected her stuff preparing to leave. The accused stood at the door and was looking sad. He told the manager that he was sad as this was his last day in the company.

“All of a sudden he closed the door and told me he wanted a kiss. I was very scared so I pulled my mobile from my handbag to call my husband. But the driver beat my hand so the mobile fell…I started shouting and screaming for help… the driver stuffed part of my sari in my mouth so no one could hear me…I bit his finger but the driver tied my hand to my back with the sari. He pulled down the curtain and then carried me to another office and lied me on the table,” she testified.

The accused had forcible sex with the victim who had her period.

As he finished he asked her to put on her dress and they both left the company. As he went in to bring her some water, she called her husband who called the police.

The driver claimed to the police that he is in love with the manager and that he had kissed her consensually but she initially resisted as she felt he wanted to have sex and later she did that with her own will.

Forensic reported bruises on the hands and the lower lip of the victim and sperms and blood of the accused.
