DSF car deals: Buy one, stand a chance to get another free

It’s the new year, and possibly the best time to splurge on a new set of wheels. With the Dubai Shopping Festival on till February 1 and great deals on offer, this could be the time when car shopping can be rewarding as well.

Apart from bundling up the cars with standard freebies, car dealers in the UAE are also offering cashbacks, huge discounts, and even a chance to win a new car.

Japanese car manufacturer Mazda is offering cashbacks and a chance to win a Mazda CX-5. Their DSF deal reads; “Save big, win big. Buy any Mazda and get a chance to win a Mazda CX-5”.

That’s not all, according to the sales guy, the new cars come with cashback, zero down payment option, free insurance, service package up to 60,000km and window tinting. “The cashback depends on the models, and could go up to Dh10,000,” the sales agent informed.

Another Japanese motoring company Toyota is also flagging a DSF deal. Pegged “Count of free extras this DSF”, the cars come with 1-year free insurance, 2-years free personal navigation, 3-years free service, 4-months deferred payment and 5-years warranty.

Nissan is also on sale, with the tagline, “Gift yourself more than just a car this DSF”. Every purchase will get you “Guaranteed prepaid cards worth up to Dh100,000 and Nissan-a-day raffle coupons, and 5-years unlimited mileage warranty”. A sales rep explained that every purchase will win a scratch card that will have amounts starting from Dh1,000 to Dh100,000. “You will also get a raffle coupon for the daily Nissan draw,” she added.

Honda pitches ‘Your Honda, Your choice’ sale, where select models will have select offers. While the CR-V and Odyssey J comes with free insurance, free service, and a discount, the Pilot gets free paint protection. The Odyssey packs in the insurance, and free rustproofing. “All models come with trade-in facility, flexible monthly payment plan, 5-year unlimited mileage warranty”.

The Mini is also on sale, with the new model coming with no payment for the first 6 months. The first 3 months are paid by the car dealer AGMC, while the next 3 months on deferred payment. These come with 2-years free insurance and registration, and a service package for a minimum of 3 years/60,000km.
