Dubai's HR Law extended to cover three more Govt entities

Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum issued Executive Council Resolution No (52) of 2016 extending Dubai Government Human Resources Management Law to cover civil national and expatriate employees at Dubai Government Human Resources Department, Dubai Protocol Department and Dubai Civil Aviation Authority.

The grades and categories stipulated by the Dubai Government Human Resources Management Law will be applicable to the employees of the above-mentioned departments. This will be implemented in coordination with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, according to applied policies and procedures, and without prejudice to the employees’ rights and claims.

This Resolution is effective from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
