No specific details were given about the payment plan, but is most likely to remain similar to plan released for The Address Residence Fountain Views project.

At a height of over 230 metres, the Sky View tower will have 532 serviced apartments fully furnished with floor-to-ceiling windows and will be linked directly to the Dubai Metro and The Dubai Mall via a new air-conditioned travelator.

Spanning the tower complex will be a “Sky Bridge“, which includes a signature restaurant, ballroom, infinity pool with amenity deck that will offer 360-degree vistas of Downtown Dubai. The tower has been designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, architects of the Burj Khalifa.

Emaar will hold the launch of the new tower simultaneously in Dubai and Riyadh on March 2.

'Emirates24|7' reported earlier that Emaar sold units in its Fountain Views project for Dh2,500 per square foot on average. The tower is expected to be completed in 2016

In September 2012, the developer had launched 72-storey The Address The BVLD hotel and serviced apartment tower, which includes 200 hotel rooms and 523 serviced residences. The tower is scheduled for completion in 2015.
