Emirates ID's Al Rahba office cclosed

The Emirates Identity Authority has announced the closure of its Customer Services office in Emirates Post branch building in Al Rahba, Abu Dhabi with effect from Sunday, February 8, 2015.

The authority said the customers could avail of the services alternatively at the approved typing offices or through the online services on its website or its application on smart phone devices.

As for the completion of registration procedures and issuance of identity cards, the customers can approach the other customer services centers in the emirate in Al Mafraq (Etisalat building) or at Al Wahda Mall.

The Emirates ID explained that the closure of the office in Al Rahba was part of its efforts to redistribute its customer services centers in different parts of the country with a view to enhance the standards of the services and access to them in a way that meets better the needs and requirements of the customers.

The Emirates ID called upon all its customers to get in touch via its various communication channels in case of any difficulties.

The 14 communication channels of the authority include direct chat on its website and call centre at 600530003 round the clock, all days of the week.
