Tragedy struck at an Emirati family when a three-year-old girl died on her birthday after she was accidentally run over by her brother at their house in Dhaid, Sharjah.
The brother was moving the car back in front of the house gate on Friday noon without noticing his little sister was standing behind the vehicle.
The girl was rushed to hospital in a serious condition and died nearly five hours later, according to 'Emarat Al Youm' daily.
“She passed away on the same day when she was born three years ago,” the paper said.
