Emirati mum dies, 3 children hurt in crash

A 42-year old Emirati woman identified as M.M.S died and her three children were injured in an accident in Ras Al Khaimah, ‘Al Bayan’ newspaper reports.
 
Maj. Salem Burqibah acting chief of Al Dagdaga Police Station, said the accident occurred while the victim was driving her car with her three sons - aged between four-and 15-years old.
 
He pointed out that the victim lost control of the car causing it to flip and turn on one side.
 
Police patrols, ambulances and rescue units rushed to the site to discover that the mother died on the spot.
 
Maj. Burqibah appealed to for all motorists to adhere to specific speeds on different roads and not to drive in places that do not have adequate lighting.
