As part of its commitment to raising awareness about training and development programmes to advance the UAE’s talent pool, the Group revamped its National Development Programme in line with its emiratisation strategy to include three levels Tatweer, Mawaheb and Imtiaz that aim to develop functional, technical, behavioural and managerial competencies.

And 15 trainees will join the operations in December after completing their Technical Training Programme in HCT.
