Flydubai flies to east Saudi

Flydubai was scheduled to make its first trip to eastern Saudi Arabia on Thursday after an agreement with Saudi authorities to start flights between Dubai and that region.

Under the agreement, Flydubai will make two flights a week to Ihsa international airport in the eastern province of Ihsa, according to the Saudi Arabic language daily Ihsa News.

The two flights will be on Thursday and Saturday and will directly link Dubai and Ihsa airports, the paper said.
