Heavy traffic jam on Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Emirates Road as truck overturns

A truck overturned on Emirates Road (611) near Sharjah, resulting in a major traffic jam.

According to motorists, traffic on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road is also witnessing heavy traffic and vehicles are moving at a snail pace.

“There is heavy bumper-to-bumper traffic on Emirates Road stretching 15 kilometres,” a motorists told Emirates 24l7.

“Traffic is also piling up on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E11).”

Motorists have been advised to take alternative routes to avoid traffic jams.
